3 May - EcoPlus VP Addresses Session at Florida Water Resources Conference

Ed Miles Speaks at Technical Session

CHARLOTTE, N.C., May 3, 2007- Mr. Ed Miles, VP of Marketing for EcoPlus (Pink Sheets: ECPL) was an invited speaker at a technical session during the Florida Water Resources Conference held from April 15 to April 17 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. This session, lectured by Miles, qualified for continuing education credits or a number of registrations and certifications in Florida.

Ed Miles commented, “There is a lot of interest throughout the US and Europe on disposal of brown grease waste. Current practices are creating even more issues. These speaking opportunities provide a broad forum to increase the profile of the fats, oils and grease (FOG) management technology of EcoPlus, as well as the expertise of the EcoPlus staff in terms of the ‘soft issues’ of regulatory systems and regulatory compliance with respect to FOG issues.”

ECPL (www.ecoplusinc.com) has a patent-pending, commercially proven technology that utilizes an environmentally friendly process for turning brown grease restaurant refuse into a high quality, solid fuel product. This product can be used as a coal substitute to produce power, as an adjunct fuel in waste-to-energy and steam plant operations and as a fuel for industrial process heat over a broad range of applications. The option to capture BTUs for energy that is normally wasted is highly attractive in the tight energy environment of today.
