25 January - Alliance Development Group Expresses Intention to
Move Forward with EcoPlus Plant Development Program
Enlarged Build out Rate Anticipated
CHARLOTTE, NC -- January 25, 2007 -- EcoPlus, Inc. (Pink Sheets:
ECPL), which announced in September 2006 that it had entered into
negotiations with Alliance Development Group of North Carolina for
the partnered construction of an undesignated number of waste grease
processing plants, has recently learned of Alliance Development
Group’s intention to redirect focus towards its EcoPlus relationship
and pursue the necessary final steps of an agreement between the two
parties.
In a recent press release published in Commercial Property News,
Alliance commented that with its $1 billion agreement with
Houston-based University General Hospital Systems now signed and
construction underway, it could now re-direct attention towards
EcoPlus and “managing the construction of ten grease-processing
plants.” The plants, which will likely be rolled out via a
build-to-suit, sale-leaseback, or similar arrangement commonly
utilized by Alliance Development Group, will feature EcoPlus, Inc.’s
patent-pending technology for turning restaurant-generated brown
grease refuse into a high quality, solid fuel product.
Specific information on the terms of the proposed EcoPlus – Alliance
Development Group plant development program will be made available
following completion of the agreement.

About EcoPlus, Inc.
EcoPlus, Inc. has developed a patent-pending, commercially proven
technology that utilizes environmentally friendly procedures for
turning brown or restaurant waste grease into economically viable
products for the agricultural and energy sectors. The Company’s
technologies and packaged solutions are being marketed primarily to
enterprise and municipal entities, including cities, counties and
wastewater agencies–especially those experiencing excessive FOG
(fats, oils, grease) uptake into their wastewater channels, and
those seeking to capture normally wasted BTUs for energy, as well as
to private companies and investment groups seeking new alternative
fuel technologies. The Company’s high quality, solid fuel product is
known as EcoFuel™. This product can be used as: a coal substitute to
produce power; as an adjunct fuel in waste-to-energy and steam plant
operations, and; as a fuel for industrial process heat utilized over
a broad range of applications.
