25 January - Alliance Development Group Expresses Intention to Move Forward with EcoPlus Plant Development Program

Enlarged Build out Rate Anticipated

CHARLOTTE, NC -- January 25, 2007 -- EcoPlus, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ECPL), which announced in September 2006 that it had entered into negotiations with Alliance Development Group of North Carolina for the partnered construction of an undesignated number of waste grease processing plants, has recently learned of Alliance Development Group’s intention to redirect focus towards its EcoPlus relationship and pursue the necessary final steps of an agreement between the two parties.

In a recent press release published in Commercial Property News, Alliance commented that with its $1 billion agreement with Houston-based University General Hospital Systems now signed and construction underway, it could now re-direct attention towards EcoPlus and “managing the construction of ten grease-processing plants.” The plants, which will likely be rolled out via a build-to-suit, sale-leaseback, or similar arrangement commonly utilized by Alliance Development Group, will feature EcoPlus, Inc.’s patent-pending technology for turning restaurant-generated brown grease refuse into a high quality, solid fuel product.

Specific information on the terms of the proposed EcoPlus – Alliance Development Group plant development program will be made available following completion of the agreement.

CHARLOTTE, NC -- January 9, 2007 -- EcoPlus, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ECPL) announced today that it has made progress towards completing an agreement with Alliance Development Group LLC for the purchase of license rights to the Company’s patent-pending, commercially proven technology for turning brown grease restaurant refuse into a high quality, solid fuel product, as well as for the direct funding to build up to five fuel production plants in 2007. Ralph Rogers, President of EcoPlus noted, “Alternative energy technologies, including those for biomass as exemplified in our patent pending system, are finding increasing acceptance and utilization in both the public and private sectors. We are enthusiastic about the positive impact our agreement with Alliance will have on our growth and on the value for our shareholders.”
